I had my appointment scheduled at the Passport Seva Kendra on 3rd October 2025 at 3:00 PM. I reached around 2:00 PM and handed over my documents, and the process was initiated immediately without any delay. To my pleasant surprise, the entire verification was completed within just 10 minutes, well before my scheduled slot. The workflow is extremely smooth and efficient. The three-desk system is well-structured - the first desk carefully checks the documents and informs about any corrections or signatures required, while the second and third desks handle biometrics, photograph, and final verification. My complete processing time at the counters was hardly 5 minutes. The staff members were highly professional, courteous, and supportive. Their prompt action and polite behavior made the experience seamless and stress-free. The office premises were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with no issues such as heat or crowding. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service. I would confidently rate it a full 5 out of 5 for efficiency, professionalism, and applicant-friendly approach.

This place does not look like government office at all.The walls are cracked, paint is peeling, and fixtures are broken or missing. I noticed water damage on the ceilings and floors, which raises safety concerns. The representative gets agitated easily and he is unfriendly too. Not so good experience visiting here that too twice.

Worst staff behaviour although female companion is polite and understanding. No arrangements of AC or cooler in scorching heat

Worst service...they don't even know how to talk properly...I gave every document and asked again that do I need to attach anything else...that guy chewing paan nodded his head no....and after a month I get the message that my documents are incompleted

The process in not so fast but aligarian get ease to get passport seva kendra in aligarh but at presnt speed is normal main problem is sitting dpace that is not good and the staff are co-operative and helpful no tatkal facility here.

We had an appointment for 9:15 and when we reached there at 8:30 they told us to come back at around 9:20 when we reached people told us it would open soon then we found out it was closed due to cable issues and they had filed a complaint three days ago yet nobody has recieved even a text message, please remember you also have to pay a Rs.1000 booking fee as well

I reviewed all the previous comments and latest one as well here before visiting this office. Yes, I found no connectivity issue but the guy, who is working here is not friendly at all. He would not give the right answer for your problem. His only intention is to reject the case in the beginning to reduce the workload for the day. To reach here first find the govt bus stand. From there it is walking only.

Pathetic person dont know how to talk also no timing is followed they first entertain people who they know and if you ask how much time or what sequence you are following then they start shouting. Please go ghaziabad or any other city but never here.
