Very good experience and no problem any staff and office, my new fresh passport documents verification timing only 30 minutes Documents required at the time of passport office (original and photocopy with self attested) 1 : Application print (first page only) 2 : Aadhar card (only PVC card, mandatory, ofline print Aadhar card not accepted) 3 : Bank passbook 4 : Pan card Very smooth process, Location nearest to nearest station Banaras (old name Maduadih station) distance only 150m Second station varanasi junction railway station distance 4 k.m.

No parking facility is available. You are requested to park your two-wheeler or four-wheeler at your own risk. If you are unable to find a suitable parking place nearby, you may park your vehicle at Banaras Railway Station, which is approximately 500 meters from the Passport Seva Kendra Varanasi.

I had a very bad experience at the PSK in Varanasi. The staff there speak in such an inappropriate manner. Starting from the ground-floor staff--even the female staff members talk rudely. I feel they should be properly trained in how to deal with the public. The staff at Counters B and C are even more ill-mannered, They don't guide people properly, they speak rudely, and they don't even wear their office ID cards. I request the PSK, especially in Varanasi, to please provide proper training to them. They really need it. I do not want to visit again; the staff are poor in behavior and their way of speaking is the worst.

Employee don't know how to behave Women, They didn't give even respect , If lady have small kid also didn't care about that, If it's Renewal of Passport of child also asking Birth certificate new ? How before 5 years he or she born , Then how give new birth certificate, She or he have that old at the time of Birth get That Certificate And at the time renewal Passport all are there Even she have valid UAE visa valid For Renewal of passport too much problem really. Totally wastage of time, the employees are not cooperative at all. You have to wait for hours in the rows and your application will be declined by giving the excuse and if you ask any doubt or clear the query, security guard will be called to gate you out. I saw 4-5 cases within 2 hrs there. If you are from other than varanasi location and selected appointment slot for here you will be sent out by excuse that you are wasting the time here, go to your area or give the address for here while a notice from announcement from external affairs minister in 2018 explais this very well with an example that you can book the slot anywhere you living and your file will be sent to your area for police verification which you can see on the official site too. People are totally disappointed with this centre, if you have also faced the issue here, please comment and let the people know.

it was a worst experience for me , it took 5 hour to complete process..... display were not working and they call people by token ..... chair were limited in number and most of public were standing , even senior citizen and women too ..... b and c stafff were rude and they misbehaved with some applicants

Awful place. No sitting arrangements people have to stand under a flyover baggages are not allowed and there is no place to submit your bags.if you put inside scooter chances are high that it maybe get stolen. Check out my photos. Inside it is heaven. Trust me! if you're in a hurry , office staff are more hurry then you.

A counter take 10mins, B counter take 100mins, C counter will take another 200mins.....very slow process....All documents required are not properly mentioned on the required documents section. They will ask for extra things which is not even mentioned...took 2 days to re-issue my passport....even they already have all the documents previously. Just wasting our time

Very worst service Some person in this office have very rude they didn't know how to behave with senior person. Today 09/02/26 counter no. C3 the person whatever his name who was escalated my mother passport without any reason and at the same office my father passport was granted. His behaviour was very bad C3 counter
