Passport Seva Kendra Allahabad

The Indian Post Office is a large building with a grand and impressive outer look. However, the inside is poorly maintained and looks dull and unattractive. Packages are thrown around like garbage, with no proper system for organizing them. This disorganization makes it hard to find items quickly. The government should focus on improving the postal service. A clean and well-managed system will make the service faster and more efficient for everyone.

After seeing so many negative reviews I was worried but the process was very fast and smooth. The staff was extremely polite and understanding. For smooth process make sure to carry following documents- 1.Original Aadhar card along with 1 photo copy and I colored print out downloaded from UIDAI website with a green tick showing verified signature 2. Original Pan card and 1 photocopy 3. Original high school certificate with 1 photocopy 4. Updated bank passbook or Driving license would also work along with 1 photocopy of the same 5. Appointment receipt ( additionally I had also taken print of Application form and payment receipt to be on the safer side) The entire process took around and hour or so. Make sure to reach before your scheduled time Hope it helps :)

There are very unprofessional staff and very bad behavior. No matter how many documents you show, they'll find some flaw in each one and tell you to go to Kanpur or Lucknow. The government should remove the entire staff and do something better.

Very poor staff , very unplanned, un organised . Don't work accordingly the appointment timing .

Behaviour of all staff are very bad. They are not doing there job honestly. They all are very lazy and rude . There are no facilities according to need. The Government should have to improvement. And most important there are no facilities for childs there treated to all same. I m going with my kid to thair passport I m very disappoint to the manager he was very rude not listening me I don't know his name the show his attitude me and my kid so suffering thair my husband in abroad.

Worst experience at prayagraj passport seva kendra, they are not help full they kamchor type of employee nd the person sit on reception seat he was rude and not helpful he was not answering the questions in a proper way I do not know for what work they are taking salary what the issue they can help me but they did not help worst staff not sure if anyone take action but I share the experience worst experience.

Very disappointing experience at Passport Seva Kendra, Prayagraj. One of the female staff members (08, july 2025) was extremely rude and unprofessional. She gave unclear instructions, showed no manners, and even threw the documents on the table instead of handing them properly. Such behavior is unacceptable in a public service office.

First I got a lil worried after seeing so many negative review.But my experience was good there. U need to carry following original documents and 1copy of it 1.)Adhaar card(card form and one verified printed copy which u can easily download from the adhar portal) 2).class 10 marksheet 3).PAN card 4)Bank passbook recently printed(xerox of first page of details and the last printed page) In case if u don't have bank passbook , please carry Driving licence
