Today 03 of feb i got my passport delivery call they behave pathetic to my mother i was at collage so i told him to give my mother my passport she is having my govt identity he took back my passport by sayin address is mismatch. If adress is mismatch how my passport got approved after police verification. For money he took back my passport to his office and told me to come officer directly i am collage student my timing is till 4 pm how i can go his office this is the pathetic staff The agent was anil or Amit

The branch is refusing to deliver my parcel, claiming they don't have enough delivery personnel. Instead, they are asking me to come and collect it myself. Staff behaviour is not good and they are rude

The staff here are completely unresponsive and inefficient. They received my parcel on 2nd August, yet as of today, 13th August, it still hasn't been delivered. This kind of delay is unacceptable.

Worst service never delivers item to home not even bother to give you a call to pick your item yourself

They are corrupt people name of delivery person shri Gopal they only come deliver your parcel when you gave them extra money Never seen this type of person even i said I'll complain he said do complaint no one can do my anything don't know why government give them job.

I am baffled as to why we, as citizens, are paying taxes and why the government continues to pay the salary of the employees at Khoda post office. Despite this, they consistently fail to deliver parcels and seem to have no understanding of the importance of these items. This issue of non-delivery has happened to me repeatedly, and it has become increasingly frustrating. In the past, at least they would call and inform me about the parcel, but this time, they didn't even bother to notify me or attempt delivery due to an alleged address issue. It is astonishing how blind they must be not to notice the contact number and make a simple phone call to inform me. Such behaviour has become the norm for them, and I am inclined to use derogatory language to describe their incompetence. It is disheartening to witness the government paying them without any apparent concern or accountability. I have attached proof to support my claim that they failed to contact me or deliver the parcel. This negligence and laziness on their part are recurrent and inexcusable. I kindly request your intervention in addressing this matter promptly. I believe it is crucial for the responsible authorities to take immediate action to rectify the inefficiencies and ensure that the citizens receive the service they deserve.

Very bad staff management, only lady do the work ,they don't have manners how to behave with public, misguide them, tell them improper time to come, 80 percent of the time their system is not working, they open till 5 pm still doing work till 1 for public. And don't know what they have work, all work depends on that lady, such a very bad post office i have ever seen in my till life...no respect, ...please do inspection higher authorities about the management staff. They are thinking they are superb and harrassing the normal citizens of the country. They are violating the rights of the citizens. They think public is fool and they are great. They are here to serve for the public for which they are getting paid, it not a free service but still they are doing such ungreatful things ..
