In the passport office there is a lady who is supposed to do process passport application after appointment but instead she is a perfect example of "People who misise the authority/given by government". I had word experience with her and for this reason I would never renew my passport from here. 1. She does not know the rules and document needed for certain update. 2. She thinks she knows everything and even after you would have got every document listed on passport seva website - she will say no the website is wrong and what she is saying is correct 3. She lacks common sense and states the action taken by another government official from another office is incorrect. 4. Until and unless she has someone senior in office asking her that why is she creating a problem she will create problem and make sure you go back and reschedule your passport appoint ment and come. 5. She has issues with clever, smart and good looking people - if ultimately you reach to her she will either do a spelling mistake in your details or will strech your photo horizontally so uou look like someone else in passport and whenever there is a scan of ur passport on airports automatic systems will not match ur face with passport. I will for sure try to get her name and picture added here . Staff other than this lady is genuine and good.

Today I reached Meerut Cantt Passport Office Seva Kendra at 2:20. They also asked me for my documents, my Aadhar card, all my documents were complete. They asked to get my Aadhar card photo changed and do you have 30 seconds, after that your appointment will be canceled. The staff there treated me so rudely. There is no manners to speak, unprofessional people are present.

I visited this POPSK for passport renewal today. The infrastructure is good and the staff is helpful. The only issue is that there is only a single staff member handling the whole PSK. He has to handle both counters by himself. He is extremely helpful and hardworking but if there are 3 counters, they should be manned by 3 different people. The presence of a single staff member slows down the process significantly. I read many reviews which say that the office doesn't open on time. It opens on time but the process takes a long time because of the lack of manpower. I would still recommend this for the people of meerut instead of going to ghaziabad.

I can see lots of negative comments here . Guys please don't get fooled by all the negative comments, I have my appointment . I reached there prior my appointment timing , submit all my documents and within half an hour I am done with all my formalities. Document which are needed: 1.Copy of High school marksheet 2. E- addhar downloaded copy 3. Pan card copy 4. Copy of Graduation and post Graduation Degree . 5. SMS on your phone for the appointment date and timing. And also please take all your original documents, because they just take a look on all your original documents. Very supportive staff, no wastage of time. It's superfast. Kudos team
