First issue: The email does not mention that applicants must bring the Tatkal undertaking form. At the Passport Seva Kendra, the in-house photocopy/printing facility is not functioning, and applicants are forced to use a nearby private cyber cafe instead. They charge 20 for a single printout and 40 for the Tatkal undertaking form printout, which appears to be an exploitative arrangement. Second issue: There is only one Tatkal counter for document verification, which leads to unnecessary crowding and long waiting times for applicants.

Very organised and ordered setup. The PSK is located in Pacific Business Park on the Ground floor and not on the 4th floor. Parking is paid. 4 wheeler - 50Rs full day 2 wheeler - 30Rs full day Parking is quite compact so park properly. If your documents are complete then the process will hardly taken 30mins. Make sure to bring coloured printout of full copy of Aadhaar Card. The entry guard and token distribution guy are the king. Be respectful and work will be done quickly.

Had a wonderful experience here for my Tatkal appointment. The entire process was incredibly well-organized, with Counters A, B, and C working in perfect sync, my passport was granted and dispatched within 24 hours..! Two Critical tips for a Smooth Process: 1. Read the Instructions: Please read the document requirements on the website multiple times before coming. It is clearly mentioned online, yet I saw many people arguing and creating chaos simply because they hadn't checked the basics. Don't be that person! 2. For Tatkal Applicants: Download, print, and fill out the 'Undertaking for Tatkal Scheme' form before you arrive. It saves a huge amount of time." Kudos to Both, TCS folks and Govt officers

Awesome. 1. Got token in 1 min 2. Photo and biometrics fine in next 5 min. The security guard was calling token numbers for ease. Have chair for senior citizen. Newspapers aana cafe coffee day at economical cost in waiting area. Just commendable. Only feedback, please put a signage outside the building I am re sharing again. Commendable service. Police verification done within 3 days and received passport within 10 days. Phenomenal service. Par excellence

Hi-Tech office with huge infrastructure. Takes not more than 15 min to complete the entire passport application submission process. Can provide better experience if staff is better trained to be more empathic towards the 1st timers and senior citizens. Parking is ample but mismanaged better to come by a cab. Washrooms are difficult to find. It is on the 2nd floor and only one lift is working and it is also in a very shabby condition. Business park where the passport office is situated is still under construction. Better to leave the place at the earliest as soon the work is finished.
