I was having appointment at 12.45 pm on 16/11/2020. I went there on time and noticed the post office passport section was closed and there was no one whom I could contact. I visited again today 15/04/2021 for my son passport who is 2 months old. The process was very smooth this time and it was completed in 15 mins. Sometime server is not working so make sure if you have rescheduled your apppointment for the third time, take the appointment of gorakhpur PSK as if the server of Deoria POPSK doesnt work that day then you have to again pay Rs 1500/-. Documents required at POPSK Deoria. you will need two IDs here. 1. Appoinment printour(SMS is not accepted at the center) 2. Full aadhar print (Digital signature should be checked) 3. Bank passbook(if its a E-statement, have it stamped by your bank) 4. High school certificate and marksheet for Date of birth verification

I came here after booking appointment 28 Dec. Server was down. I wait till 4pm but still my work was not done. Use this at your own risk.

Please don't take an appointment here. From deoria, it takes three months, so it's better to make a passport from Gorakhpur.
