''Bhool kar bhi iss post office se koi repect ya help ki umeed main karna " I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the mishandling and delay of my parcel sent through India Post. The parcel was dispatched on 13 April 2026 from Malviya Nagar, Delhi, to my correct address with the accurate PIN code 201013. Despite the address being completely correct (which I have personally verified), the parcel has been wrongly sent to Dasna Post Office (PIN code 201015). This is a clear case of operational negligence. The distance between Malviya Nagar and Govindpuram is approximately 44 km, and such a misrouting within the same region is unacceptable for a national postal service. Furthermore, I personally visited the Dasna Post Office to resolve the issue. However, the staff present there displayed unprofessional and indifferent behavior. I was neither given a satisfactory explanation nor any assurance that the error would be corrected promptly. This lack of accountability and poor customer handling has caused unnecessary inconvenience and delay. It is also disappointing to state that this was my first time using India Post services, and such an experience has completely eroded my trust. Based on this incident, I am compelled to say that I will not consider using this service again in the future. I request the following actions to be taken immediately: Urgent correction of the routing error and prompt delivery of my parcel to the correct address (PIN code 201013). A formal inquiry into the negligence that led to this misrouting. Appropriate action against the staff at Dasna Post Office for their unprofessional conduct. Clear communication regarding the updated status and expected delivery timeline. I expect this matter to be treated with urgency and seriousness. Kindly ensure that such lapses are not repeated in the future. Looking forward to your prompt response and resolution.
