It's a government office, with very narrow and almost no space. This is a public place and has no space for public to sit, the place which are designated as a sitting spot has no air ventilation or any fan.
Edit date 24 July 2024 parking has changed costing you Rs100 per car and is just the next cut to the main entry for tehsil. Old parking closed for general public.

Too crowded... There's only one entrance open, the other is closed so there's essentially only one way to go in and out. Even cabs will drop you on main road.
Plenty of monkeys in the area, they are aggressive too.

Located in quite densely populated area and the entrance is narrow. Good enough parking space inside for four wheeler, even if doesn't seem so from outside. The building and overall infrastructure needs renovation. Registration is done for greater noida properties.

Parking condition is very bad.
Poor electricity facility.
Lawyers are sitting in chamber without fan.
No food stalls and hygiene food for common man.

Visited the Dadri Sub-Registrar(Tehsil) office for registering my marriage. The place is overcrowded and in mid of a very congested locality. Not advisable to visit by own vehicle. Better hire a cab/auto to reach the locality. The place is full of agents who can help expedite the process at a nominal cost. Carry all original documents for verification process and expect longer than usual wait time in completing the formalities.

Looks like a office from 1960s, buildings in delapilated condition, area is also very congested and dirty. Officials are corrupt (ask for bribes) and parking is not available at all.
My work was done swiftly but place is very very bad.
Govt. Must shift this office ASAP.
