Appalling Service and Utterly Inhumane Behavior My experience with Post Office Basti was nothing short of disgraceful. My parcel was lying on the ground, broken, damaged and completely mishandled. Despite this the staff in their arrogant, apathetic and ruthless manner refused to let me take it hiding behind their so-called 'process'. The employees were unprofessional, uncaring and shockingly disrespectful. Their behavior was not just negligent but also dismissive, heartless and downright insulting. It was disappointing to see such a lack of accountability and basic human decency. This institution's inability to provide even the most basic level of service is pathetic. Their attitude is unacceptable, and I strongly urge the management to ensure their staff is taught to treat customers with respect and empathy.

Worst service. all contact details are wrong and from Basti post office so many items from the parcel were missing. they stole item from the packed parcel and then again fixed it and after complaints no responses stating that we deliver your parcel in safe condition. pathetic service. zero customer complaint resolution.

Worst experience no proper response and support from staff is more worse condition

It's same as all other government offices. Nothing new. No special services. Same behaviour jaisa zadatar government job walo ka hota hai.

It is situated in the middle of the city and carrying a full space for parking and we'll inconvenience for public.

So lazy workers, even their phone number which is showing on the Google is also wrong .

Worst experience and too dirty place.. So laziness
