Clear & Smooth Process at Agra Passport Seva Kendra I recently visited Agra Passport Seva Kendra for passport renewal. My passport was issued 10 years ago, so I assumed there would be many changes. Different people shared different information, which is why I carried all required documents. Because my documents were 100% complete and up to date, my entire process was finished within just 10 minutes. The system works very smoothly only if you follow the rules properly. All documents mentioned below are REQUIRED -- nothing is optional: For Passport Renewal: Original old passport Self-attested photocopies of the first and last two pages of the passport Printed copy of the online application form Full-page Aadhaar card printout, verified with green tick Aadhaar PVC card 10th class marksheet (for Non-ECR category) PAN card for Date of Birth proof For First-Time Passport Applicants: All the above documents are required except the old passport Important Note: Your Aadhaar photo must be clear and updated. If your Aadhaar photo was taken many years ago (during childhood) and not updated, it can create issues during verification. If you do not carry original documents, or if anything is missing or incorrect, your application will be rejected immediately. People who come unprepared often post negative comments, but the process is actually very efficient for genuine applicants. My experience at Agra Passport Seva Kendra was excellent, fast, and professional.

Very bad and disappointing experience, the staff member who was verifying the documents seated on the left displayed a lot of ego and attitude, trying to act superior rather than being professional. They were rude, especially towards the people who seemed less educated, and did not follow the scheduled appointment times. The manner of communication was inappropriate and not in keeping with the standards expected of a public service office. My passport appointment was at 9:30 AM and I reached the center at 9:20 AM, but they were not following the official appointment list. Instead, they were making and following their unofficial list for no valid reason or explanation, which completely defeats the purpose of having appointments. When I raised my concern, the staff responded angrily instead of addressing the issues politely. Such behaviour reflects a lack of accountability and disregard for proper administrative procedure. I sincerely request that a senior officer or supervisor to look into this to ensure better behaviour and proper process adherence in the future.

The Passport Seva Kendra is good as it saves you from Ghaziabad travel But the staff is untrained and ill mannered They spoke very badly and rude manner ECR and Non ECR are categories which have a very broad range of meaning based on the documents accepted by them. The guy at the centre thinks is illiterate. He threw our documents , when asked for a query - he blatantly said NO - Go To Ghaziabad He wasn't following the document list prescribed by Document Advisor in passport seva website rather his own set of documents. When he filled in the details and at later stage he himself got stuck, he started shouting at us that you are lying and acting smart. We calmly tried explaining that as per document advisor we can submit ANY of the 6 documents. Its not mandatory to submit just #1 document. He didn't listen and angrily completed the application saying, "Ab Ghaziabad walo ne pakad liya then wahi jaana" Such a bad guy

The seva kendra though a blessing for locals, saving them the hassle of having to go to Gaziabad. But there were a few issues, the staff is not adequate with only two counters working. The place does not even have a security guard to check who is entering the premises, the absence of any kind of CCTV also struck me for a place of such importance. The staff missed an error in the address uploaded and said there was nothing they could do from there end. The absence of a screen facing the person being interviewed, does not allow for checking any typos. Some people who did not have papers in the necessary format were sent to get copies made, which further held up the process. When at stage one when papers are being checked. They should be sent back to get the necessary papers rather than hold up the people waiting for their turn, by doing so when the biometrics are being taken. I'm not being critical. Just mentioning what I witnessed in the 3 hours it took me to reach my turn. Despite arriving 30 min prior to my appointment time.

Staff is very good ,polite & helpful . They will tell you every thing about passport very briefly. You just have to go there before 10-15 minutes early before your appointment Things you need for fresh passport. 1) Aadhaar card (with updated photo)or bank passbook with transaction history 2) Pan card 3) 10th marksheet 4)Appointment slip Carry All these document original as well photostate. For fresh Passport Edit :- I got my passport within 15 days only

You have to carry :- Aadhar Card original as well as Self attested photostate.. E Aadhaar card in case of poor visibility of photo in your Aadhar card.. Pan card Original as well as Self attested photostate.. 10th marksheet original as well as Self attested photostate.. Within 20 min my document verification process was completed.. Agra Passport office staff rating 10/10.. Parking is also available for your vehicle two wheeler as well as four wheeler..

Very nice but very congested location. There is passport office as well as Indian post office available here..

Third class parking service, no space to park cars, locality bad too.. preferably Go by a 2 wheeler
