Post Office Medchal

This is worest post office not give article to reciver directly update delivered so this very bad post office in medchal everytime not deliver but showing delivered take action in this post office

I have always had good experience with Medchal Post office staff. They have delivered all national and international posts on time to me. Considering there are few posts per day, I appreciate them taking time to call the customer locate the address and deliver the post on time.

All I can see here is irresponsible, 0 % accountability and no respect to the customers. I had a very bad experience here recently. They didn't deliver my passport even after a week as they misplaced it. Even if it was their mistake, instead of finding for it, they asked me to raise a complaint or to check in begumpet post office. With the help and involvement of police n media, i finally got my passport. I would like to thank the police n media person who helped me in getting my passport.

Multiple Services can be done here, Postal Services, Aadhar Card Update and Passport Service. Aadhar Service agent and Passport Agent follows Rules and regulations and they do service according to first come First Service(Passport according to Slots) But Postal People need to Update and they need to improve their Behavior with Common People because they shows more attitude while talking, Expect this everything is smooth and Good. Thanks for multiple services at one place.

Worst experience they won't call us my parcel kept there for 15 days they won't call and when we go there no one responded after 7 hours of wasting time. They saw my parcel and handover me

Worst service provided by Medchal POPSK for passport verification. Avoid going there at any cost. They've no concern for your queries and are completely incompetent at their job

Very bad attitude and very rough behaviour from staff , I got sms that my parcel reached Medchal post office and I rushed to power office which is 5 km away , after reach they said it is transferred to another post office for delivery then I went their and feed back was it is out for delivery and I called postman , then he said parcel returned to Medchal post office , and again came back to Medchal post office , and they don't have any clue where is the parcel and almost 1 hr later at 1.15 pm when the staff gone for lunch , I found my parcel is laying in their table only , I lost half day 9 am to 1.30 pm I am still wait waiting for them to finish their lunch to get me parcel Horrible , save post office from these kind of irresponsible staff

Don't know whether all POPSKs are same or not, but it took more than one week to send documents from Medchal to main passport office, where actual process begins. It's already 14 days, still my passport status is just 'submitted docs'. If you are ok with late process, u can choose this POPSK.
