Absolutely the worst experience I've had with any courier service. I trusted India Post to deliver my package safely, but it was a disaster. The box was torn when it arrived, and several items were missing from inside. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of care and responsibility. I sent the package in perfect condition, but what was delivered looked tampered with and clearly mishandled.

I was to receive a speed post and I did not recieved yet, but in track consignment it is showing as delivered. when I called the customer care they are telling wait until 6 pm maybe they updated it as delivered before the delivery, and the guy in the call is not giving proper responses, when I asked to take a complaint he is just telling you need to do it from the website, but when I called to the customer care, there were multiple options where I selected the complaints option, but he is telling if any compaint want to raise you can do it through only website. If it is privatized then maybe these guys will work properly.

Bad and worst service, phone continuously engaged they will be always busy, any post they will not done the dispatch this people kept the post in their office. When is customer the come and ask the post then they will handed over to customer. This type of service is available in government sector, So private sector is well developed. This type of worst service it shows how is the running indian postal service and Indian government operations also.

this particular post office branch is being operated in a private apartment parking lot which is recognised as illegal by local authority. How can a government agency can locate their branch in such place which is recognised as illegal and all government related agencies looking at the show of such thing happening. May god give them strength to understand what is right and what is wrong and hope they operate their services in a proper legally accepted location.
