Avoiding major hassle for the applicants such as avoiding wait time, ample parking space for four and two wheelers. Decent number of agents validating the passport application process. We faced few network glitches considerably, understanding the new set up.... One feedback remains across all the passport Seva Kendra is to have more passport officers who approves the application process. Generally, we see only one or two on duty... and therefore the delay...

I visited the Passport Seva Kendra - Raidurg on Monday, February 2nd, 2026 for my passport renewal under the non-Tatkal process. My appointment was scheduled for 4:30 PM, but I reached around 3:30 PM. Initially, we were asked to stand in line, and after about 20 minutes, they merged us with the 4:15 PM slot. The process was very systematic from there. Step-by-Step Process: 1. Entry & Token Counter Once inside, the first stop is the token counter. They collect: * Aadhaar card xerox * Passport xerox They verify the documents and issue a token number. This took about 5 minutes. 2. Counter A - Biometrics & Photo Next, you'll be directed to Counter A, where they capture your biometrics and photo. This step was very quick -- around 2 minutes. 3. Counter B - Initial Verification There's a TV screen displaying token numbers along with the counter you need to go to. At this counter, they verify your details and may ask a few basic questions related to your application. 4. Counter C - Final Verification Due to limited staff at the time, there was a short waiting period here. This counter checks all your documents thoroughly and confirms whether it's a fresh application or renewal. For renewals, they will punch a hole in your old passport as part of the cancellation process. 5. Exit & Final Stamp After completion, you'll be guided to the exit, where security gives a final stamp. The entire in-office process took around 40 minutes, which is impressive. Center Experience: The Raidurg center is very neat, organized, and well-managed. The staff were professional and the overall process felt smooth and hassle-free. Police Verification: After 7 days, I received a call from the police officer. He visited, verified the details, and completed the process professionally. There was absolutely no bribery involved. Passport Delivery: Within 3 days after police verification, I received my renewed passport. What to Carry: For renewal, I carried: * Original passport * Passport copy * Aadhaar card Your application form clearly mentions what documents are required based on your category. Carry exactly what is listed , no need to bring unnecessary documents

Went for a renewal and was done in 1hr. As it a new office, premises are good. Staff was generally friendly and efficient. Car parking is available. Coffee shop is there inside too.

Note: If your marital status has changed, make sure to carry your Marriage Certificate for passport renewal.(I got to know this when checking the previous reviews) I visited for passport renewal and had a smooth overall experience. The processing at Booths A and B was quick, and the staff were courteous and helpful. I had forgotten to update my marital and employment status in the application, but the staff assisted me in updating the details without any issues. However, the Granting Section (Booth C) had limited staff, which resulted in a longer waiting time. In total, the entire process took about 2 hours. Based on previous reviews, I chose not to drive to avoid potential parking difficulties. At the initial counter, photocopies need to be submitted. There is a Xerox facility available on-site (4 per page), which was convenient. There is also a small canteen with decent snack options. The premises, including the seating area, are clean and well maintained.

Great experience at PSK Raidurg I honestly don't understand why there are so many negative reviews for this place. My experience at Passport Seva Kendra, Raidurg was smooth and well-organised. I had my fresh passport appointment today, and the entire process took around 1.5 hours. The staff, including security, were polite, professional, and helpful at every step. The process flow was clear, and everything moved efficiently. * Parking available for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers * Small coffee shop/canteen inside, which is convenient * Clear instructions and systematic handling The only minor drawback is that the waiting area for Section C is slightly small, but I managed to get a seat after standing for just about 5 minutes, so it wasn't an issue. Overall, a hassle-free and positive experience. Definitely much better than what some reviews suggest.

Passport renewal.My slot 9:15. Reached by 9 a.m. came out by 11:47 a.m. Entry application checking. token no.wrote on application .2 minute. Asked to sit in A waiting hall. Here half an hr. Taken biometric , digital signature,photo taken. Next B waiting room one hr my token no.came originals checking 2 min, next C waiting room one hr.for final document checking , 2 min next exit nr punching hole to passport came outside. EVERYTHING GOOD BUT TIME TAKING. I applied half day only leave, but full day gone as I can't reach to my ofc by 12:30 pm.

The experience at this passport office was extremely disappointing and resulted in a complete waste of both time and money. The behavior of the staff--especially at the Assistant Passport Officer (11-Feb-2026)--was rude, unprofessional, and misleading. There was a clear lack of respect and dignity in the way applicants were treated. 1.Appointments are scheduled to begin around 8:30-8:45 a.m., yet staff at Counter B arrive only around 9:30-10:00 a.m., and Counter C staff arrive as late as 10:30-11:00 a.m. Despite applicants arriving on time, they are forced to wait for hours due to staff delays. 2.During verification at Counters B and C, staff were frequently on their phones or engaged in continuous personal conversations with colleagues, showing little seriousness toward applicants waiting in long queues. 3. Applicants are made to wait for 3-4 hours only to be told at the final stage that a mandatory document is missing. If a document is essential, this should be verified at Counter A or at the initial screening stage to avoid unnecessary waiting, effort, and overcrowding at later counters. 4. The information provided is inconsistent and misleading. Applicants are informed at earlier counters that certain documents are sufficient, only to be rudely rejected at the final counter. When questioned, staff deny responsibility and place the blame on the applicant, stating that their staff could not have provided such information. 5. The most unacceptable behavior was when the Assistant Passport Officer made an inappropriate remark, stating that "people like you come twice after paying 1500 and waste our time," which was both insulting and unprofessional.

Not sure why this Passport Seva Kendram, Raidurg has low ratings. My experience was completely smooth. The staff were patient, cooperative, and helpful throughout the process. To correct a few points mentioned in other reviews: 1) Xerox facility is available inside the Passport Seva Kendram (Cash and UPI accepted). 2) There are sufficient chairs available inside for seating. 3) Vehicle parking facility is available outside the premises. They do not have a printout facility, and once you enter, you cannot step out, so it's best to carry all necessary documents. Overall, a well-organized and hassle-free experience.
