Passport Seva Kendra, Medak

One of the worst passport centre..they couldn't follow the slot timings..mine was sequence 1..but they attended my application on last..11 to 12 applications on the afternoon session..he took almost 3hrs..I have already wasted my time.. Kindly don't book a slot here..the applications they attended coming with brokers first..If you booked on online you will be the one to wait till closing time.. This was really disgusting & pathetic experience.. Atleast they need to allocate tokens..theen no need to book a online slot for this..they are treating as walk in customer if you have prior appointment as well.. Kindly please avoid this passport seva kendra..

A single person handles the entire process even after submitting all documents and visiting this office two times travelling 100km from hyd our work was not complete. We were directed to secbad office as critical documents were pending from our side like news paper ads which were not asked for in medak but at secbad passport office for passport renewals. I dint suggest visiting this office it needs staff knowledge enhancement

One man show. One person operates everything there. His work is good but not enough for passport office. Overall it was okay experience. Waiting timing was more. Go for it if you have patience and no option in other centres. Make sure you carry xerox of every document you carry. Thank you

It's true that there is only one person in this whole office, very helpful and quick in completing the process. You need to carry original ssc memo, adhar card, old passport for passport renewal.

One of the worst passport office I ever came across and they don't follow appointment slots. no proper services and responses. Only one rude person available for everything. Place is not even hygiene and full of mosquitos.

As told it's one man show but sir is dedicated, patient and guide us to know all details, Waiting time depends on rush but happens accordingly, ambience is good

As everyone mentioned, there's just one counter and one guy handling everything. He is patient and treats everyone well. Even though there's waiting time, the passport application process went fine. There is no timing as per appointment. It is first first serve basis for a particular day. If you are applying for passport renewal, make sure you have Xerox of first page, last page on a seperate pages. Carry Xerox/printout of all other documents(aadhar, DOB proof, application form) and have them self attested. I know the passport application website says physical Xerox copies are not needed but you will be asked eventually at the office. Ensure to fill in formD if you have a kid. Also, ensure that Xerox copy of aadhar is digitally signed.
