I visited the Passport Office in Khammam and had a very disappointing and frustrating experience. From the moment I entered, the staff consistently acted rude and arrogant, often shouting at people for no valid reason. Some staff members were busy talking on their phones, yet applicants were scolded even for briefly looking at their own phones, even when kept on silent mode. The inconsistency in how rules were applied was also frustrating. Only applicants are supposed to be allowed inside, yet some people were permitted to bring attendants, clearly receiving special treatment, while others were shouted at for the same. This double standard felt unfair and unprofessional. When we asked questions about the process, the staff often intentionally asked for extra documents that were not even necessary, insisting that they were required. They also asked very silly questions, which added to the unnecessary stress. Overall, the lack of professionalism, respect, and proper guidance made this visit extremely unpleasant. The staff here definitely need training on how to treat applicants with courtesy and clarity. I'd recommend visiting a passport office in another location to save your time and peace of mind.

Worst passport office experience ever. The staff were extremely rude and lacked basic courtesy when speaking with customers. There was a clear lack of professionalism and common sense in handling queries.

Good for local.people !! Staff is cooperative especially the guy sitting in counter A !!!! But evening time slot have to wait for more than an hour of alloted time for completion of process !!! Ther is no wash room in the premises !! Even only three people are meaning the stuff summer will be hot as ther is no AC!!!

Worst people sitting in chairs, with no sense at all of how to speak with people. The office is empty, and not ready to process the application, even one minute late. It would be good if they followed this way without demanding extra benefits. First seeing this kind of behavior paid service by government.Not recommended at all and visit Hyderabad branch only, soon they will shutdown this and thier jobs will be gone. Pathetic.

I had a pathetic experience when I went here for my renewal. The staff were beyond horrible; the constable's behavior was vulgar, and the employee who reviewed the application and took biometrics started shouting even before I sat down at the counter. Why? We are all tax-paying Indians, and we have paid INR 1500 for this service. Why do you behave like you're doing a great service to us while, in fact, you don't even know how to talk, read, spell, or scan the certificates? It's a pity that we, as proud Indians, have to endure such pathetic behavior even while we are following rules, paying taxes, and doing everything right. These kinds of employees are stains on how our government offices operate. I hope the Indian government takes appropriate steps to improve the services at these centers.

In short, the revenue staff who sit at the counters are incompetent, impunctual, and arrogant. The buffoons arrive late and sit there, projecting their self-hatred and inefficiencies onto the applicants, shouting and mishandling our precious originals. The so-called staff here can't even take our photos and upload them to the correct file. Due to their ineptitude, my father had to visit the RPO to get his photo retaken and wait an extra month to obtain the passport. Shame on these people. If you are pressed for time, better avoid this center and go directly to Hyderabad, instead of taking a chance with these buffoons. The guy I dealt with couldn't even spell 'Aadhaar.' He spelled it Adaar and stared at the screen for twenty seconds before I corrected him, not understanding why the spell checker flagged it. Although I have hardly stayed in India for a couple of months in the past decade, I can spell it correctly, but apparently the staff who work at the popsk and whose job is to know these things cannot. That's the state of our staff who are representing our foreign affairs department. I raised a grievance against these people, and I urge everyone who experienced inconvenience because of these inept and arrogant workers to do the same. If enough of us complain, maybe things will get better, albeit slowly.

People who work in this office are very rude for no reason and trying to insult the customers and not even trying to help them with documents but best one was counter 1 person he was so humble finished the work within 10min.
