Nice service if all documents are perfect then, it is cool and comfortable Aadhar with updated address will support you to finish the process smoothly If downloaded aadhar means check digitally verified tick symbol while taking photocopy.. Staff are helpful and service is excellent

Worst experience with the verification officer who is currently on the rule as of Oct 2025. He did not have the guts to disclose his name. There is no rule on the website saying that they need originals passports of both the parents. They have asked us to reschedule the appointment just for that. We have aadhar, we have photocopy of my passport. We have every other document. Either update it on the website that both the parent's original passport is mandatory or tell those officers to be considerate. What if mother doesn't have passport? What would they do? Just simple blatant rules without empathy is why the citizens would suffer. We have a small baby and we had to travel 50 km for the appointment. They just said no.

It took just 25 minutes to complete the process of pass port renewal after reaching the office,for me and my husband.It is hassle free and simple,the staff are cooperative.

Make sure to check ur required documents full name correct and don't forget to carry full size aadhar ..process is simple ...ssc certificate and aadhar is wt I have carried and verification officer takes photo and left ,right fingers and thumb ...

It took me 30 min to complete the whole document verification process. Be on time. The whole process at POPSK took me by surprise that it was so hassle free, the office staffs are very helpful and the whole premises is Air conditioned .

Better to book the appointment in Hyderabad bcoz no proper token system, No proper timings maintained, My Reporting time was 12:30pm and they finished our slot at 4pm. Horrible experience.

Worst service, staff don't know the details of documentation, had to reschedule the appointment because of it. Unnecessary additional documentation will be demanded irrespective of what's written in the website. In case application for minors, you will need to take your entire family for physical verification. Bonus: Be very cautious they maintain a very good relation with the xerox shop opposite to it who charges Rs. 150 for one photocopy (color) and he also gives you a black & white copy too. Coloured photocopy is handed over back to you at the passport centre. They also mention saying that depending on how you look the rates of photocopy may vary and even go higher.
