Vellore Head Post Office

Came for my aadar update if my 92 yr old father.govt has made them the main org for updating aadar .neither the biometric device or the retina scan works for elderly persons .when is goi going to improve on this .india is one of the supetpowers in knowledge n computers..yet we are de ades behind in technology.if govt passport offices can scan ,why cant post offices and aadar updation centres,.its just no checks n measure and no intetest to excell.typical govt office mentality.GOD SAVE INDIAN POST AND MERA BHARAT MAHAAN!!! Came to encash my pli .been running around for the past 4 days. Now waiting for my cheque.staff saying cheq generating system slow In this day and age i wonder how such draconian organisations survive.half the staff is just gossipping ,most are missing from their counters.time is 15.51 in 2024 .the joke is for govt organisations working hours are 9 to 5 .but here counters stop functioning at 1500 hrs .what a waste of govt money .so many pos offices and head offices all over the country .what a collossal waste of govt resources.if they say that server is slow .my 4 th visit to collect n set my documents in order so that my savings can be taken by me .!!! WHY ARE SUCH ORGANISATIONS STILL.FUNCTIONAL??!! ITS A JOKE !! MINDFUL WASTAGE OF GOVERNMENT EXCHRQUER AND RESOURCES HOW WILL THESE ORGANISATIONS SURVIVE IN THESE MODERN TIMES??!!!

Very worst service...the post women kasthuri (sankaranpalayam) delivering my acknowledgement slip to a different address..even she can call or intimate me.But she is giving the post to my relatives's shop. After knowing this I called her.She is not responding my calls. Behaves worst and rude

New baby Aadhar Card creation daily 60 Aadhar service in The area

I Had been there to have my Aadhar card address change, it was around 12noon waiting in the queue at 1:30 the counter close for lunch, opens at 2: 15 and people are still in the queue. around 2:40 two Guys comes comes with their sons for change in Aadhaar and he goes to the lady sitting in the post office seems to be the incharge let's this guys to have their changes done with no waiting no prosess nothing. When questioned the gentleman who is doing the Aadhar card updation says he is helpless and the lady has ordered him to do the prosess for them. People waiting in the queue are having little babies waiting for hours, when I went and questioned the Lady About the in proper manner of what's happening she says go wait in the queue only after they finish you can have your changes done. And created a rukess and few other's in the post office favouring the lady came bonusing on me not knowing what's happening. She has a feeling that her father owns the Post office and she is the head of it she can make her own rules. People like this is a SHAME for the organisation. Have a proper manner of setting your standards.

The Head post office is in main road and having the parking facilities and the Environment and the staffs are good. Bank facility also is provided here. And common people and Students utilize things from here very easily.

I have been there for a service. I was the 2nd one in the counter. It took more than an hour to do a single entry staff screaming the customers like anything. Worst behavior. Whatever asked she asked go to agents and done it. She made so many elders to wait such a long time. Po should be digitalis so sad.

Speed Post can be taken from Mng 10am to 7.30pm. After that Speed Post article couldn't taken and directed to Katpadi. Always have some Changes (coins) while visiting the P.O. CCTV installed.
