Passport Office

Opens 9 am. This office is dead slow and starts working after 12'O clock, very inconvenient and the officer does not speak if we ask any doubt; actually very rude and attitude. They actually starts at 12'O clock and go for lunch at 1'O clock, and put everyone on waiting hall, starts working effectively after 2'O clock. Behaving rude to the people, to be very frank she thinks everyone is her slave, including the citizens visiting for appointments. Worst facility, washrooms are tidy with water spills outside the door, which is on the way to waiting room for special people like women carrying baby's. The waiting room sofa is broken and torn, only one person with kid can sit in that soft.

Very worst service there is no appointment procedures they were rude all the time we ask questions

Professional services, doing their duty accurate. Applicants should be patient to provide history from day 1 of 1st passports, due to computerised & synchronised data. If we submit them all the evidence, IDs, etc... they are right in response to fix our requirements on time. Thanks to all staffs & officers @ PSK.

Very bad service because of when people going for renewal of passport counter staff not giving proper information about supporting documents she just asked and tell to people processed to other sections when finel process tha staff asking for support documents he not given enough time to print documents he immediately rejected and tell people get new appointments bring documents that's taking waste of time, money & travel .people safering please give proper information before counter.

Very worst and very slow process need effective people to work increases the office works 1st then do the service

Sorry to giving up to my bad comments here. It's very worst passport service here. Bad customer service.. I was waited more then 5 hours not giving to me good reasons . This is my last passport renewal here .. it's not going to happen again . Please try to make it happy to people.. they're sitting with air cooler and a/c room and talking to on the phone .. not working at fastest time. Bad customer series Old officers Not faster worker Talking very rudely Not giving up good reasons I'm little happy with security officers. He is talking to everyone Nicely. Not at all great offers.. making money for family's numbers. Not giving to good customer service to our people....
