Thisayanvilai Sub Post Office

I have gone there both for adhar updation and postal services. Very helpful and quick staff. They are ready to guide and help if you have any question you can ask the counters. Even on a busy day they try to complete everyone's request.

Worst place to enquire any sort of details . The best part is in this post office the postmaster will stand outside of the office (i.e on the road side stairs) like a public and won't allow you inside .and we don't know who he is. He won't allow you to ask or talk anything, he will treat you like a beggar if we ask who are you to ask such questions he will say I am the postmaster and later he will talk like we dint give him respect .pathetic to see such a person. god only saved us from him.looks like he drunk and repeatedly said that we dint give him respect.initially at the entrance he behaved like a rogue .then how do we know who he is.he should have behaved like a postmaster before talking with public instead blaming .

This is very old Post Office building for such a big town.
