Worst service, attitude staffs. Very rude behaviours.
Spent 3 hours for passport renewal & nothing happened due to door number in passport mismatch with Aaadhar.
Rebooked the appointment in Madurai & the process went smooth & completed in 20 minutes. Need to train the POK Ramanathapuram staffs on the processes & behaviours.

Where worst service. Counter person was very slow. My token timing is 12:45 pm i reported at 12:30 pm but i waited for a long time and they called me at 2:30pm. This is very bad.... I request passport seva (PSK) check the center to make proper arrangements for appointment timing.. The waiting area seats are less no.

whenever you go to them, they says this document is not there and that document is not there. later, when you go to them with all documents , still need some documents. very very very very very very worst serivce. very very worst service. I never seen such a worst service in any passport office. The employees not respecting the customers and not giving enough information. They are asking lot of documents which is not required for passport renewal. For better service go to madurai passport office.

"I had a disappointing experience at the Ramanathapuram Passport Office. The staff's behavior was unprofessional, and they seemed unresponsive to our concerns. Despite traveling a long distance, our queries were not addressed satisfactorily. One female staff member was rude and displayed worst behavior, using hateful words that were hurtful. Additionally, a male staff member, approximately 42-43 years old, wearing specs, also contributed to the poor experience by not providing correct responses. Given the subpar service, I strongly suggest closing the Ramanathapuram branch and redirecting applicants to the Madurai Passport Office, which might offer better assistance. Please take action!!! I hope this feedback prompts action to improve or reconsider the operations of the Ramanathapuram office."

Ther is no more possible compare madurai.
Easy steps are there.
But no appointment followup process.Otherwise staff are don't knowledge about passport process.they are mention useless parameters need to change.
Anyway it's better then madurai(reason-time saving)

You need to get a token - token time morning 6am-7pm it's too hard to get outside City people we want to go to 6 am. online also not possible to get a token. Too many people but slow work. U want to spend u full-day
