Chennai Trade Centre (CTC) - A Top-Tier Venue The Chennai Trade Centre (CTC) stands out as an exceptional convention center equipped with all the necessary amenities for large-scale events. The facilities are impressive: the large, multi-purpose halls are fully air-conditioned, featuring clean carpets and immaculate restrooms . This attention to maintenance makes a huge difference in the overall experience. I've been here for a wide variety of events--from Furniture Expos and Real Estate Fairs to ComicCons and Tech Conferences--and I can confidently say I have never had a bad experience here. Logistics are handled very well. There is ample parking space, and I have never had to pay a separate parking fee (it seems to be seamlessly included in the event admission). The internal roads are well-maintained , often better than the surrounding city streets, and the surrounding greenery adds a pleasant touch . Finally, the location is a big plus: it's easily accessible from different parts of the city, and there is a variety of food options available just outside the main center. CTC is a consistently reliable and excellent venue.

I was Visited Chennai Trade center For Umagie TN 2026 , 4th Edition and I liked their Halls A,B,C,D are Nearby and it's a major Difference than other Trade centers like Coimbatore Coddisia they are far farer and farthest! And The Chennai Trade center Architecture was clean and simple and the Halls and Good but the capacity of people can stay Here was less !

It's a great spacious place for executing trade fairs and exhibitions with proper ambience and lots of parking spaces to host events of various divisions. Facilities are properly managed and well maintained facility with all necessary amenities.

Recently we had been to Chennai Trade Center at Nandambakkam, to visit on occasion of Funiture Fare and Some representatives of countries like Singapore, Thailand, Korea, Gulf Countries Dubai had stalls of perfumes, Jewellery, Cloths for gents and Ladies etc. It was well planned and had no of stalls, neat and clean. Being holidays and crowded, it was worth visiting. Good parking. Quick snack stalls. Biggest DRAWBACK was very, very poor network, payment UPI, DEBIT CARD if you have purchased made, failed miserably, considering the amount of purchase made by the enormous crowd.

Chennai Trade Centre is one of the best venues in the city for exhibitions and promotional business events. The space is large, well-maintained, and very suitable for high-footfall events. I recently visited for the 2026 Comic Con and the 2026 CREDAI Property Exhibition, and both events were organized smoothly with good stall layouts and comfortable walking space. The halls are spacious, properly ventilated, and professionally managed, making it a positive spot for business networking and brand promotions. The only drawback is the heavy traffic outside during major events, which can be a bit inconvenient. However, once inside, the overall experience is very good. Definitely a strong 4-star venue for large-scale exhibitions in Chennai.

We had a three-day exhibition at the Trade Center -- Windergy 2025. Excellent event management. They have handled over 15,000 visitors and more than 300 exhibitor stalls smoothly. Great experience overall.

I went for the UEF Trade Summit that looked splendid as much is it was useful . All needs were satisfied as long as I've noticed and I'm pretty happy with the parking space although it seems like a bit of a drag.
