I never experienced like very worst service in my life with Rangoon travels(fraud). Also they will collect your money instantly for making tickets with out knowing the travel procedures especially for Dubai residents. I was cheated by them for buying ticket without any documentation including RT PCR. Finally I was stopped by the air port official staffs due to the GDRFA approval issue while my last moment of departure. Also I lost 20k due to approval issue and I applied that in airport for rs300/- simply.
Airway officials told me that travel agents should know this before making a ticket. Because the travel agents should notice the rules and regulation of particular country to the customer clearly. Finally I went to claim this with Rangoon travels ticket maker sujith. He simply ignored me and manipulated the mistake was mine and boycott by him rudely. So all travellers to go abroad must avoid Rangoon service further. I recommend you all to don't choose this travels always for safe and hopeful journey. Also one more information for the rangoon customers that the RT PCR fare is only Rs,900/- on the spot but i paid Rs,3000/-.
