Got a pleasant surprise by the courtesy shown by the small team who is managing the day-to-day affairs of this Passport seva Kendra. It's a very easy approach and very clear direction by a small 2 member team, who makes us feel welcomed..They help each and every individual patiently and make the process much easier..Great job by the team. It's just behind the post office and within the post office enclosure..The only drawback is the cleanliness of the office surroundings, needs to be improved a bit..

I was worrying about my father in law's appointment for passport renewal as he is elder and uneducated. But, the situation in this place improved my confident. First of all i should appreciate all the staff attending at all the Counters. Very kind, patient and cooperative. All the staff working in this place are explaining to every one politely. Excellent service. I hope and wish all other staff working in other passport office branches should serve the same way. Thanks to all the staff.

Staffs are very supportive, applicant can complete within 30 min. duration. #Things to be prepared before visiting 1.Use document advisor on passport seva website/app to understand the required documents for your visit. 2.Check your documents - address proof need to be updated with kallakuruchi district atleast anyone like aadhaar, driving licence or bank passbook with recent entry. Many of them rescheduled due to this issue. 3.Bring the original supporting documents. 4.confirm the appointment center on your appointment slip before visiting. With effect of change in district every applicant required to update aadhaar with paid amount of min.50/-. I have seen many applicant rescheduled, due to this issue and lost full day for aadhaar update or other document update, govt.should need to take action to ignore this fee as mass change in address update will be helpful for the public not only applicant.

Very pleasant experience. Small center with just two staff but quite good. The gent at the counter is very good, he patiently listens and provide options to ppl to fix issues

Yes u can change the aadhar card details here . But u have to be here at sharp 9:00 am here becoz too much of crowd here to change their. They collect ur old aadhar card as token and call u in that order . Make sure u will be on time there ......
