Sub Registrar Office

As usual you get things done faster if you go with touts as in any govt office. The board displaying Anti-corruption/Vigilance information for citizens is no where to be seen in this office. Not sure why they keep insisting on QR code EC when they can verify it themselves, should be part of the registration process itself in the background. There is a parking space 30m away with an exorbitant 50/- charge. No mention of charge/licence in the board/token.

No parking and inadequate seating space.. Cleaning and record keeping is an issue.. No one cares.

This is almost like all other govt offices. Crowded all the time . Work get so much delayed. The registrar comes in so late delaying the whole process. The toilets stink letting the odor upto the seats placed there for sitting. Outside concrete seaters are there but so full of dust that no one can sit. Nice place with garden and so much space but so poorly maintained.

Typically crowded and long waiting time. No parking facility available . Must park along the road or park behind the parallel ground and walk back

If at all there was a zero rating, I would have given to this office. Such a horrible place, a typical government office with so much crowd, zero facilities for tax paying people. Registrar offices are one of those places which gives lots of revenue for the government but this is maintained in such horrible condition. Really pity the people who come there spending half a day to get one registration completed standing in no shade, no water, loo condition is so horrible, I can go about listing the pathetic conditions. I am really not sure why the Govt offices are maintained in such condition. Real thumbs down.

The Registar office is situated in a narrow lane, there is no space to park.. someone seems to have taken over The vacant space & decided to make it a parking lot & even started issue parking tickets that too for 50 bucks as parking charge well if you go on a auspicious day surely it will get delayed.. though there is space to sit, it's always full. Toilet seems to be ok.. but brace yourself to inhale bad smell coming from the next vacant plot which has lorry full of garbage.. better way to handle is, hire an agent who takes care of registration process & you sit in your car & come & sign it when your token comes.. surely almost full day will be over.. 3-4pm easily.. get your own food & water..

They call it as "something" . You must give something to everyone to get your job done here otherwise always there is a problem with your documents.

This is one of the descent Sub-Reg office, in terms of infrastructure. Has adequate place to wait and token system is being followed religiously. But still some more digitization could be done.
