Visited this Passport seva kendra and found this centre does not have enough staff members to handle the crowd. Also, applicants are not called based on their Token number instead they are calling on the first cum first serve basis. Then what is the use of online appointment, token and slot. I highly recommend to book in some other place than this one.

Think before scheduling the appointment in this location. This location does not have enough staffs to handle the crowd. Asking unwanted zoomed adhar Xerox and had to wait 2hrs to get it done. Try chennai or Pondicherry location for better experience.

I have applied for pcc it took for appointment 10days and pcc clearance 10days so worst and delayed work. I went for appointment at my slot time but they told me still before came people have not finished you have to wait after two hour from my slot time waited and finished. Work is slow as slow.pls take action for speed the work. So pls go chennai or pondicherry it's the best idea.

Poor service. Please don't book your appointment here, they'll delay the process for no reason. They asked for zoomed aadhar copy unnecessarily, guess they can't see properly.

Before visiting the passport office, I had seen many negative comments online, which made me a bit nervous. However, my experience was completely different and very positive. I went for my passport verification yesterday (11-04-2025) , and the staff were polite, professional, and clearly explained all the steps. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Important tips for others: Carry both the original documents and clear Xerox copies. Make sure the Xerox copies are enlarged to 150%, especially for Aadhaar and PAN cards (front and back). Ensure that your name, date of birth, and address match exactly across all documents. If your documents are valid and proper, the entire process will be completed in just 20 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience!

Worst one, I have a applied Passport for all my relatives, Here they are asking for lot of unwanted Documents, where as in Puducherry they are asking for very minimum number of Documents. even for me when I went to renew Passport they are asking to pay fine of 3000 stating there is dirt in the last page of Passport, in Puducherry they not even asked anything, Quickly I got new one. and also for my son I got passport with in 4 days in Puducherry, where as in Cuddalore for my Sister's child they are asking for irrelevant Document. there is no sufficient place to sit. my sister who is pregnant, she don't have chair to sit, so she was sitting in ground.

Very Very Worst Service. Recently my wife applied passport for our new born baby they didn't even tell the proper document details because of that our baby passport process getting delayed it's almost 45 days from the date we applied and haven't received the passport yet. Now we are following up with Chennai regional office and processing the documents again because of this unknowledgeable Staff. Also they induce to take print out and photo again on the specific photocopy shop it's seems deliberately they are giving flimsy reason to get a business of so and so shop. If any authorities read this comment requesting to take necessary actions and give a proper document guidance to the staff. They are is no Zero Star rating in Google otherwise I could have given that.

Please don't book an appointment in this place for a minor passport.I booked an appointment and i was waiting for the passport for 3 months actually the staffs doesn't know about the procedures.she sent back me for xerox copy is not clear for 2 time.it was almost clear.the link between passport office and a studio is questionable?the staffs must know the rules and regulations.i have been waiting with 1 1/2 month child in the office there is no priority also.insist she sent me for a xerox copy..in regional passport office they said me why u visit there.if you go to pondy passport office withing 1 month you will get a passport mistake is yours .they said like that.still now i didn't receive the passport for my child,the tickets are day by day it is increasing.is that they pay the payment for the tickets..they are very careless..My issues are like this and am visiting the same office they said go and call to the rpo number.we don't know anything.we can't do anything they said like this.. please take an action whoever read this
