Bodinayakanur Post Office & Passport office

IF there is zero star, I would've given the same for their work, When Govt and Passport seva gives flexibility to choose from options of passport office to renew your passport. We opted for this, because the slots in madurai was full. We travelled 85kms on monday morning to reach this PSK office with the appointment letter only to get neglected at the doorstep of this office stating this office is only functional for neighbouring locations and not from Far away people. Despite explaining the situation, we had to reschedule the appointment to different date with Madurai office and to come back again. Waste of time, energy, money. All thanks to the people in POPSK Bodinayakanur

Recently I had sent registered parcels. Service simply superb. Passport seva is available.ATM facility is available. Pride to have a good Post Office with modern amenities.

I went here for my passport appointment & there was shortage of staffs on that day! It was a bit time consuming as there was only 1 person incharge but he was quick & did all the task by himself! They need to improve a lot on the infrastructure & team management!

Very derogatory attitude by clerk staff Saravanan in A section. Looks like he is the boss of passport in Bodi and shows attitude like if not willing, asking us to go Madurai or other states. I am very particular that Saravanan staff asks for a color verified Aadhar each and every time. A Xerox shop opposite the post office,. Will be ready to give us a color e-aadhar copy for 70 and sure there must be some link like commission being paid to Saravanan/Passport official. Be strong in your approach to tame those cockroaches like Saravanan in the POPSK Bodinayakanur. Just get your documents clear and still they try to be leech in sucking out the blood as if they are superior and expects is to fall in their feet. Unfortunately, the complaint in the Ministry of External Affairs passport seva is not working as usual.

Passport office is very congested.. They have only 3chairs in waiting Area..Not even 5 people can wait there.

Please dont go for new and family passport apply ,waste of the time they ask to go to Madurai . for renew you can even they ask xerox will clear way again and again
