Mangan Post Office

Sad to say that they don't deliver the parcel on time, it gets delayed not for a day but week and with that they just call up and ask us to receive the parcel by ourself instead of delivering it (for which they are getting paid for) even in a place that are under the cover of their service zone. When asked about delivering in market area (half way) they replied that such service are not available, so I need to turn up in their office to recieve my parcel. Up to my knowledge of post office service, ythere's a person whom we called postman in every post office and they give a delivery service but I guess no such thing exist here in this office since they told me clearly that I need to get in their office to get my parcel. Correct me if I'm wrong.....if not explain your side of the story to settle this issues and to give a better service to public.
