One of the few govt depart. office in the city which is so clean, managed, organised & punctual. Also one of the few govt. offices where customers /citizens are well guided by employees. Everything found to be prompt & quick.office interior, decor, cleanliness & Total environment is altogether different than a typical govt office. Sufficient seating arrangement in all waiting halls (near main gate, ground & 1st floor), drinking water, separate washing room for gents & ladies (on ground & first floor) & baby care room as well (nice to know). Smooth token display system in waiting lounge makes things hassle free even for first timer. GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Just need an online appointment to visit Passport Seva Kendra, once you have an appointment reach Passport Seva Kendra at a respected date and time and you will get direct entry to it. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they will guide you at every step. The processing time is fast. Enough parking space is available for cars and bikes. proper setting arrangements for guests.

I got my family's passports made here. Overall, everything was well-organized except for the reception, though even the receptionist wasn't really at fault. The new ma'am, the final reviewer, is excellent. The real issue lies in the overall process flow of the passport services--it's inefficient. There should be more than one final reviewer, as the current setup causes unnecessary congestion and delays.

No fans in waiting area outside the office only a shade which is insufficient specially in the summer months.. also no proper parking space available for visitors. The new APO officer madam is good and considerate unlike the previous male APO officer, who sent people to Kota for no reason or small issues which were entirely under his own prerogative.

Very cooperative staff, well managed and organised setup. Following the process makes the work smooth and they follow process. Seating facility for waiting people at every point is very good and every one can easily see the token number displayed on the TV while waiting. Counter Number and desk number are well marked and can be easily identified. Also the process has been mentioned.on the token which is given when you enter the center. First of all you have to take token from the counter which is just near by the entrance of the office, then you have to wait for your turn on counter A (There many counter named A1, A1, A3....) There your photograph is taken and your papers are scanned. Then you have to move to B counters on the first floor, here also u have to wait for your turn. Here also there are different counters named B1, B1.etc. On B counter your photocopy documents are verified by Original documents Then after you are sent to counter C for final check. On clearance on counter C you have to get out from the exit D. There is also seating arrangement outside the office which has proper seats and has proper shade and ceiling fans.
