I was getting late for Nathdwara and the darshan was about to close. We were still 60 km away, but the driver understood the situation and made sure to reach on time so that we could complete our darshan. The service of S3 Cabs is very good, especially Abhishek bhaiya's behavior, which is excellent.

1/5 -- Disappointing Experience with S3 Cabs and Holidays (Bhilwara) (manager by Abhishek) We booked an Ertiga expecting proper trunk space along with a carrier, as we were travelling with substantial luggage. However, when the vehicle arrived, it turned out to be an LPG (gas) Ertiga, which significantly reduced the trunk capacity. Because the LPG tank occupied most of the boot, we were unable to load our luggage. This unexpected limitation is what triggered the delay and the disagreement. Another concern was the condition of the car. We were assured that the vehicle would be new or in very good condition, but the Ertiga that arrived was noticeably dirty, poorly maintained, and certainly not what was promised. This added further disappointment, especially when we were already dealing with the luggage issue. Adding to the frustration, we had paid an advance of 2000 on the owner's request, with the understanding that the promised vehicle and facilities would be provided. However, when the luggage didn't fit and the service could not be used as intended, the advance was not returned. We have simply considered this amount as a donation to S3Caps, since getting it back seemed unlikely. In reality, the solution was simple. If we had been informed beforehand that the vehicle would be an LPG model with limited trunk space, and if the actual condition had been communicated honestly, we could have either requested a different option or made alternate arrangements. Even at that moment, the issue could have been resolved politely by acknowledging the problem, offering an alternative, or simply communicating respectfully. From our personal experience, it felt like the attitude may be influenced by the popularity these services gained during the COVID period, when options were limited and some operators became the default choice. Perhaps this has contributed to a sense of overconfidence or a belief that they operate in a monopolistic space. But the reality today is different -- customers have plenty of choices, and this sort of behaviour cannot be taken lightly or ignored. Unfortunately, the situation was handled in a high, disrespectful tone, which only added to our frustration. This review is being shared so that others are aware and so the service provider understands the importance of transparency, humility, and courteous communication.

I booked Intercity cab from Jaipur to Bhilwara today at 11:30am. It was confirmed. I started calling from 12 pm, he said let me send the driver's number. After 15 min I called again coz he didn't send the number. Then no answer. I called from another no. He says sending driver's no. Again no message. Tried from another no. He says there was advance payment done and the driver went for emergency leave, so looking for another driver. Still no response after 5 min also. Highly unprofessional behavior. They should inform the client soon whatever the status is, so that client can take the decision accordingly.

Safe n nice ride. Used S3 Cabs many time, very good experience. Driver's are well mannered n drive safely. All the best wishes to owner's of S3 Cabs.

Great Experience With S3 cabs. Entire booking procedure was easy and quick. On time arrival and smooth drive by the driver.

The cars sent were damaged previously. plus we had to cancel the cab instantly due to medical emergencies but they didn't even refund the amount. NOT SUGGESTING THIS TO ANYONE. Really unfair and rude
