Worst Experience Ever! This office seriously needs to learn how to treat people with basic respect. Everyone here behaves very rudely and unprofessionally. Whenever someone visits to withdraw money or ask for any kind of help, the staff acts as if they are doing us a huge favor. If you ask for a simple form, they give it with so much irritation and attitude, as if the money is coming out of their own pocket. The staff always seems frustrated and annoyed, taking out their work stress on the visitors. They talk in a disrespectful and harsh tone, even with elderly people. Instead of calmly providing information or assistance, they shout and behave arrogantly. When you ask basic questions, they simply say, "Go to the online portal" or "Go to the main office," even when the work can easily be done there. Their behavior is completely unprofessional and disappointing. It feels like they have no sense of customer service or courtesy. Many people who visit here feel humiliated and upset because of the rude treatment they receive. If the management actually cared, they would seriously look into how poorly this office treats people.
