Visited Ajmer post office for Aadhar card update. The facility requires upgrades--unclean, no seating, and a slow government document update process. A cleaner and more efficient experience would be appreciated.
Disappointed with the poorly maintained surroundings and the sluggish government document update process. Improvement needed for a smoother experience.

They are all on temporary rolls i guess and hence they don't bother at all
They are still living in colonial era and treat customers as gareeb kissan and themselves as jamindaars

Monopoly of agents. You may have to Wait for hours for a simple deposit.
I visited the office on Saturday to deposit in PPF Account. I waited almost 45 minutes in the queue at counter number 05. The counter clerk only freed 01 customer in this duration. 2-3 more such agents were there before me in the queue. All this scenario compelled me to give up. I returned home without doing a simple deposit.
