Punjab State Pharmacy Council

I am very disappointed with the telephonic support at the Punjab Pharmacy Council. I called to inform them that my original Training Certificate was mistakenly posted along with my other documents and requested assistance on how to get it back. Instead of listening or guiding me, the lady who picked up the call was extremely dismissive. She didn't even listen to my full sentence and just handed the phone to someone else without explaining anything. Very unprofessional behavior toward students/pharmacists who are looking for help.

I am extremely disappointed with the functioning of the Punjab Pharmacy Council. I applied for new registration nearly 2 months ago and even paid a hefty fee of 12,508, yet I have not received my registration certificate. When I called their office, the staff were inappropriate in behavior and completely non-transparent. They vaguely mentioned that there is a "verification problem" from either my University or State Board but refused to disclose the exact details, calling it "confidential." How is an applicant supposed to resolve an issue if they are not even told where the problem lies? This kind of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially when such a large fee is being charged. There needs to be urgent improvement in transparency, professionalism, and timely resolution of applications. Even a one star rating would be too much for them.

Very cooperative and wonderful staff

People working here don't even know the process and don't have any answers instead they send people here n there, few people don't know how to talk.....update there rating went to 4.5 star from 1.5 means fake reviews coming

Hiii today I visited Punjab State Pharmacy council the staff was very helpful. The executive Bharat on counter no.2 was very kindly and generous. In fact they helped me in printing out my left documents and they quickly did my work. Satisfied with there work and help. Thank you so much
