Very bad service by lady who is handling adhar card update counter.. she is very rude and nonsense lady.. i request to head office and CM (Bhagwant Maan) look into this mattar.. hire educated people.. suspend the lady

Very pothetic service by lady who is handling adhar card update counter.. she does not know how to speak with customer. She doesn't have any knowledge and she is waisting customer time ,we were standing in line for one hour and she is not able to handle the 5 customer . At the end we came back without doing work, request Punjab govt or head of office please look into this matter and hire educated people instead of providing job on basis of quota

Worst experience ever.
I made calls on the given number, no one picked up, then I went to the post office asking something about their services, two-person were sitting, both were soo rude, not even answering my questions... I crossed checked while standing in front of the reception area, the phone was ringing continuously but no one answering the call, then again I asked the person who was sitting between two people on the first line why no one is picking up the call "the person replied, we don't have time to answer these calls. Pathetic
