Manocha Overseas Education - IELTS | PTE | Study Visa in Nangal

I am writing this review on behalf of my sister, who recently had a very unpleasant and disappointing experience with this institute. She joined for PTE preparation, expecting professionalism, proper guidance, and respectful behaviour from the staff. Unfortunately, none of that was provided. The attitude of the staff was one of the biggest issues. They talked to students in a very unprofessional manner, often ignoring concerns or responding rudely. My sister was shocked at how disrespectful they could be, especially considering that students trust them with their exam preparation and pay a good amount for their services. There was absolutely no courtesy, no patience, and no interest in helping students improve. Even when she tried to address her concerns, the staff did not take anything seriously. They behaved as if students' problems did not matter and acted very arrogantly. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable, especially in an educational setting where students expect support, not attitude. Overall, my sister's experience was extremely negative. The staff is unprofessional, rude, and completely lacking basic customer service skills. There is no proper teaching system, no respect for students, and no genuine help offered. Based on her experience, we strongly do not recommend this institute to anyone. Very much disappointed with the service.
