Such a bad experience overall. There is no parking, and the staff don't come on time. People with early appointments, like 9:15 a.m., were called around noon. Our appointment was at 11:00 a.m., and we waited over four hours to be seen. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, asking people to wait downstairs where there's no proper waiting area, and speaking over the microphone in a harsh tone. There were only three staff members working, yet they booked multiple appointments at the same time, causing long delays. After lunch, they checked documents but had already taken applications earlier without verifying them, then sent people home for minor mistakes. One staff member even said that if anyone complained, they would note it on their file and they might never get their passport. Overall, the place is completely disorganized, unprofessional, and disrespectful of people's time. I would not recommend it to anyone.

There's no system in malerkotla passport office this is very dirty and no rules and regulations this is vry low service and employees such a waste of time and money

passport office in very conjusted area.There is no good space or cleaness for sitting while wait for our turns. select chandigarh passport.i don't know why previous governments select this place for passport office. you need park your car 500 miters from passport office. Then go by your steps or by E Riksha available there. there is no good facility.

READ THIS REVIEW AND YOU'LL thank me later Honestly I had the expectations that the office will be like we have in Chandigarh but it was far less from expectations, kinda of a post office and there are only 3 staff members working for 100s applicants. I recommend to carry almost ALL of your documents even if it's a new or renew of passport. Further, keep colored photographs preferably to save your time. Avoid going with kids of old persons and do get snacks with you as it will be many hours you have to spend there.

Worst Experience Don't Take Appointment here , Else this Office Take Appointment Anywhere in Punjab, Doesn't follow any procedure, takes a lot of time

I recently visited the passport office in Malerkotla and was impressed with the efficient service. The staff was friendly and helpful, guiding me through the application process. I highly recommend this office for anyone needing passport services.

Friendly staff but small.....not well maintained office,no parking space...overall they are doing great in handling crowd

very bad service mera appointment morning 10:am pe tha but mere vari 12 bje aayi bhut he ghatiya service hai and i advise to everyone that don't apply here because if you applied one time here you have to come 4-5 time and you don't change appointment place anywhere
