Sewa Kendra Machhiwara

I am going to share my experience of 20 September, 2025 of Machhiwara Sahib sewa kendar. I came here around 11'clock in the morning and got token number of 38 at 11:58 am. Furthermore, when there was 11:58 am I asked the serving person can you serve me and he said you have to come according to your token number. He was right but why they gave me the timing of 11:58 am if they are not able to do it. When I told him it's 11:58 am and he said that it is not Canada and America. I was surprised after hearing his reply. Interesting thing here is that there are 4 counters but only one counter serving almost all people. Again, I asked why other people counters are not giving service then they said that they have only one machine here which is doing Aadhaar services and many more. After sometime they said that our machine was not working then they have accused that we are out of server. They don't care about people's time but they took their break of more than usual time. I would like to request to Machhiwara Sahib authorities please visit here and provide them machines to all counters so people can save their time and employees accuses.
