Passport Sewa Kendra, Hoshiarpur

Passport seva kendra all services under Tata consultancy. How big brand of country and people trust on Tata.But managing in passport office hHoshiarpur very bad.Employes can go lunch by turn.but all people stuck 1pm and all counter closed because they telling its Lunch time.So please manage it and employees can go lunch by turn so that people no need wait for long time. thanks

The staff upstairs especially the middle age man sitting at counter 2 if I'm not wrong doesn't know how to talk to the customers he was yelling at me for no reason. I hope the management should teach him how to behave himself. Disappointed only with him and off-course their system.

The worst staff has been appointed there .specially the middle aged man at counter B where your documents are verified. The APO did not seem to be coordinated with staff and we have to move here and there .they should be sued for their unreasonable delay without explanation

I went there for the first time and I was wondering if the staff will be disrespectful but it was opposite as I read reviews on Google. So, I went in at 8:45 and verified my documents and then they clicked my photos and sent me upstairs to counter B and C (both are there). We waited there for the so called government staff to come (they came half hour late at 9:30). I was done with both couters in an hour. So my experience was fine but full of wait on the B and C counter because the A counter is full of young generation and they just do your work in minutes but you know the B and C counter has government employees and they come when they want to and they will do your work if they want to. Like literally they were just procrastinating their work infront of 100s of us(,e.g. please you do this, no no please you do this). Anyhow, if you reach there before 9 or if you can 8:30, you can easily be free till 11 provided that your documents are complete. Thankyou.

The staff on the ground floor specially the one who sits in the 'token' counter is extremely rude. They all behave as if they're doing some charity for us.

Although, the premises needs some maintenance from inside, but the efficiency of the staff is commendable, they know their job. Xerox is also available inside @ Re1/page which is Rs3/page from outside, but the printout is not available. I have visited 3rd time here and experience was very nice. Keep it up TCS.

Behaviour of the staff is very bad they don't know how to speak with ladies and senior citizens.strong action should be taken against such staff..

Gud service. aproxly 30 minutes to complete all process at passport office in the day of appointment. and after 15 days passport deliver in my home thank you so much
