Not so good reviews, seems obvious service is not good here. Staff need to be polite and friendly. Employees need to work on their communication skills...

My experience was quit good and bad also good because my turn came at 1.59 and they free me at 2.11 minute 2 pm-3pm the time is their lunch time but they do my work ,bad was because my appointment time was 11.45 and my turn came at 1.59 ,before my appointment I search for Popsk Ferozpur people experience was that staff is very bad and behave rudely but the reason is that people disturb them without any reason they are doing their job the aren't sitting free ,how people behave with them they exactly behave like people after my work done I say Thankyou to officers he says welcome also says me that you are first who says us Thankyou ! People rush on them without any reason some time network issue occurs that was not their fault, there are some negative things that no proper air ventilation no drinking water facilities lack of chairs ,who had taken their appointment here must carry one water bottle with them from home overall my experience was quit good my appointment was on 24/10/2025

My recent visit to the Ferozepur Passport Office left me feeling incredibly frustrated and dissatisfied. The entire process was riddled with inefficiencies, unprofessional behavior, and an overall lack of respect for applicants' time and needs. Firstly, the organization and management of the office were abysmal. Despite arriving well ahead of my scheduled appointment time, I was greeted by chaos and confusion. The staff seemed overwhelmed and ill-prepared to handle the volume of applicants. The waiting area was cramped and uncomfortable, with inadequate seating and poor ventilation. The attitude of the employees further compounded my dissatisfaction. They displayed a complete lack of professionalism, treating applicants with disdain and exhibiting rudeness. The passport officers appeared disinterested and unhelpful, unwilling to provide guidance or answer basic questions. Their dismissive attitude towards applicants' concerns was appalling.

Very bad staff. Rude behaviour and there main employee is the rudest. I mean before my turn a female candidate was there and they were joking with her and talking very politely and when my turn came he said my name ia like uncles and started judging me. Very bad experience. Hypocrisy discrimination argument are at its peak there. I wish indian gov should actually appoint sincere and soft spoken helping employees not people like this!

Nice place to get your passport made

We usually go to Amritsar, but this time decided to get the work done in POPSK ferozepur. Worst experience ever. Rude staff, No respect for people. Currently, it's been 15 days still the application but the status is "documents collected at camp". very slow and lethargic staff.
