I had a very bad experience at the Seva Kendra. The staff were careless, rude, and not well trained. The person who was supposed to help me did not have proper knowledge about the process and kept giving wrong information. Because of this, my work was delayed again and again. I had to visit multiple times and waste my time and money. I waited for many hours without any clear guidance. No one was ready to listen properly, and I was sent from one counter to another. Even after submitting all the required documents, my work was not completed correctly. The system was slow, and the employees were more interested in talking among themselves than helping people. There was no proper management, and people like senior citizens and students were also suffering. Overall, it was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I hope the authorities will improve staff training and service quality in the future
