Old passport office Ranjit Avenue

I had a very good experience at the Old Passport Office in Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar. The staff members ( Harvinder Sir , Muskaan Mam) were very cooperative, professional, and guided applicants properly throughout the process. Even though the office handles a large number of applications every day, the team manages the work efficiently and maintains discipline in the office. I would especially like to appreciate the IFS officer ( Vikram Grewal) for their professionalism, leadership, and dedication to public service. The officer listened to the concerns patiently and ensured that the matter was handled in a fair and transparent manner. Their calm and respectful behavior reflects the high standards of the passport services.

I'm very satisfied with the passport surrender service. The staff were extremely cooperative, respectful, and well-organized. The entire process was smooth and quick, and they guided me clearly at every step. It made what could have been a stressful task very easy. Great job by the team!

10 Stars if there was an option. My parents passports didn't arrive in time. So we visited this passport office couple of days before our flight. My parents old passports were issued abroad thats why this delay happened. I met Mr. Vikram Grewal and explained everything. He took a quick action and asked Muskan mam to help us. i had a good experience. i got what i needed to get done, yes, it took some time but Sir Harvinder and Sir Vickram Gerwal were extremely helpful and polite and pointed me in the right directions to get what i needed to be done.and specially thanks for muskaan mam. I had a very positive experience with the regional passport office this time around. My passport was on hold due to some technical issues, but the entire process was made very smooth and transparent for me. I was explained and walked through every step of the procedure very earnestly. The staff, and especially the regional passport officer, had a profound sense of duty and genuinely just wanted to help us out to the best of their capabilities. This experience has single handedly restored my trust in the workings of government institutes. Hope it always stays this way.
