Delhivery Office Talcher

This is not the current address of Office. Please avoid using this company because I just recently send a parcel to Punjab and got scammed. The delivery agent collected the parcel from my home which contains two blazers, but when my brother received the parcel in Punjab, it contained, only one T-shirt which was old and used when I complain to the customer service. They are of no help. They cannot send me the name which delivery Agent came and got the parcel from my home. Please avoid this company. This is a scam.

Nightmare with these dirty minded mischiefs..one order from Amazon reached Talcher but never was delivered to me and returned back with a message that I have rejected and refused to accept. Someone from their office called me on the night of date of delivery and asked for the OTP to update delivery and said that their delivery boy couldn't find my location. When I insisted that the product must be delivered and I can share OTP only when the delivery man come to my place, they behaved rudely and next moment I saw in Amazon site that the product has been returned citing that I refused to accept. This is pure mischief and to hide their inefficiency of not delivering to me, they have returned the product. Now, there is no way I can raise a complaint either to Delhivery or Amazon about this incidence for taking strict action on such rude and mischievous staff spoiling the name of Amazon and Delhivery. I had to reorder the item and only hoping that Amazon never ties up with Delhivery for delivering the item. Very very bad experience. Will share order particulars on my next post. Such people should be kept out of service channels.

I have 2 major concerns which I want to share with others customers : 1. First of all my package was reached on 27th Oct but everyday they used to reschedule and didn't deliver. I had to visit on 30th Oct when I got holiday and collected. They said we don't have service to your place. Not sure how? Why they bring my parcel then. Also during these 4 days they didn't call me and I couldn't get their contact anywhere. Rediculous service and staff. 2. The office is located very inside of the town and noone could help me locating and also Google has not the exact address. I had to search for an hour to get the address. Sharing the landmark below for others: New Mishra colony, Hatatota, Talcher. When you enter new Mishra colony, go straight till end and take right. After 100m you get the location. (Suggestion: try to avoid this delivery if possible, go for it only if you don't have any other options in this rural area)

The office is at a isolated place and it will take considerable time to find the place. though the staffs are well behaved and helpful, but delhivery should install some placards near the main road showing directions to the office .

Though my parcel has reached Talcher Hub 2 days before still I haven't received the item. I think they still celebrating Valentine's Day.

my delivery as per sender is Kaniha by i have received a msg of self pick at Taclher, unfortunately no contact no is provided of Mrs. Kanta Devi Jalan, Great Delivery service.

Worst delivery office in town. Not recieving phone calls neither calling back. Kept my parcel with them since A long time.
