Post Office

I recently visited a to this post office, and while the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, I was extremely disappointed with the poor network connectivity that hindered the overall experience. The staff, despite their best efforts, were unable to complete simple tasks due to the unreliable internet connection. This problem is not isolated to just one location but seems to be a recurring issue across many rural post offices. In an age where digital services are becoming essential, it's frustrating that a central organization responsible for such crucial public services continues to operate with such subpar infrastructure. While the government pushes for ambitious projects like bullet trains, it is essential not to forget the grassroots level, where basic services such as a functional network for post offices are still lacking. The focus should be on improving rural infrastructure, especially connectivity, to ensure that essential services reach every citizen without unnecessary delays or hindrances. Instead of rushing into mega projects, the government needs to prioritize strengthening basic services, such as postal operations, which have a direct impact on people's day-to-day lives. We shouldn't have to choose between high-tech solutions and basic, reliable infrastructure - both need attention. Until this happens, rural communities will continue to face avoidable setbacks, making everyday tasks unnecessarily difficult.

Very old and slow process but staff behaviour is very good.
