First of all The local lady in the counter no 2 snatch the photocopy of my friend Aadhar when she was giving it to her ... secondly there was alterations in the weight of the parcel in the receipt where as the exact weight of the parcel was much lower this might affect the authenticity of the tariff of the parcel .... Thirdly we could only track one parcel details the other two parcels couldn't be track

I received my parcel after such a long wait and to my surprise the parcel was damaged, rats had eaten 20% of my parcel, there were clothes, some eatables. I've been trying to reach the post office but to no avail. The number is invalid, I complained on the National Helpline Number and to my surprise they just brushed me off saying I should contact the office from which my parcel was handled.

Encounter such a rude delivery guy. I know there work is lot of stressing but it doesn't give them the right to talk so aggressively just because i couldn't take the call and i know it was mistake as well for not picking the call but such talking behaviour is intolerable. I would really like the office to take action on such behaviour. (Dimapur).

This is very disappointing my parcel has been there for almost a month and it's never reaching me doens't even respond wht are they even thinking boycott this post office rn no need to pay extra for speed post if it's going to be like this at all no civics senses at all
