One of the most important destination for the local people of Wai taluka.It is the government local office of more tha 300 villages.Very big,specious and attractive building came to true..There are two floors. It costs Nearly 9 crore . It proposed 1) Ground Floor...It consists Police Station, Two police custody rooms, Setu Karyalay and Canteen 2)First floors... It consists 720 sq.m...It includes Prant and Tahsil, taluka bhumi abhilekh, Krishi karyalay and video conference room offices. 2)Second Floor...940 sq.m space...It consist the offices of Duyyam nibhandhak ( Registrar Office ), Treasury ( Upkoshagar), Sahayyak nibhandhak ( Sahkari sanstha ),ARD office and Forest Department offices ... There are two lifts proposed. One lifts work is completed,but still in not in use... This is dream project to bring all Government offices under one roof to facilitates people. Somewhat Clean place.Parking place is available. People of the surrounding area offices are used most parking area and park there vehicles in the ground area. All facilities are available.But cleaning of entire premises is not up to the mark. The cleanness of ground floor is the worst one.Toilets and latrines are very dirty and worst in conditions.Higher authority must look in the matter and improve the situation.

This one is the most important government office of Wai, Khandala & Mahableshwar Talukas that means revenue head of the nearly 310 villages of entire Taluka. As the new buildings work is in the state of rapid progress this office place is purely on temporary basis. So the ambiance is not good. No other facilities are available nearby. Staff..need to say anything about staff of the revenue department ? ... Lot of parking place available.
