Worst ever experience. Gave my activa 5G for a service, and after two days when I came back to get the delivery, the vehicle is in the same state as had left. Was shocked and could not believe that they did not touch the vehicle. They had lost the job card and no one was aware where the job card is. Very disorganized system, wasted my two days for the vechicle which was not serviced, and had to wait in the Service center for more than an hour to get the vehicle back. Cannot believe such a Service center representing HONDA Is so so irresponsible. When I asked for customer care email and phone number they said they don't have any such details. Shame on them, to represent such a brand, incapable staff to handle customers. I will not recommend MILLENNIUM HONDA to any one. Local mechanic are better in this location.

I am Prafull Patil one of the your customer, And I have purchased honda unicorn bs6 Vita service center of honda is terible and worst showroom found in my hole life On the date 3 of September 2024 I came to showroom at vita location for serving issue of bike at that time they the mechanic told the we did the service and I paid the all bills but the problem that was I told is not resolved. Today date 06 September 2024 ones again I visited the showroom at 11 am morning for same issue till time I faced lots of miss communication and and falls promise regarding the servicing and mechanic They are totally not know how to work and all things Still my issue of bike is not resolved I request to you please close the service center of vita branch it gives wrong impact on millennium service.

Bad Experiance service not good

I was planning to service my Honda Shine here... But after reading the reviews of the services I am cancelling the plan.. I will go with local mechanic..
