I am extremely disappointed with the service at the RTO office. It has been more than three months, and I still have not received my RC book. The staff behavior is very unprofessional and rude. Instead of providing proper guidance, they keep sending people from one counter to another without giving any clear response. There is no proper communication or accountability. As a citizen, this kind of experience is very frustrating. I request the concerned authorities to improve the service quality and ensure timely delivery of documents.

Very bad experience we had purchased Tavera in 2010 with T permit but in 2013 we had cancelled T permit with paying Rs. 70242/- & converted in Non Transport at that time manual entry recored now became computerized but our One Time Tax entry not updated in system as on 18.11.25 we had meet Sonali madam about this matter she sent us to Mr Gavit but he informed that this work done by Mr Athode and he is on Leave we again going as on 21.11.25 and meet Athode sir but he sent us to meet Mr Kokare sir but he informed he is newly joined so in next week phoned for reminder but on phone he will not reply & again called for meet him. Nobody give us acknowledge ment for our documents & deny to do work. If we genuinely follow the rule & regulations & paid 10 Tax in 2013 & they did not updated system we have to pay unnecessarily penalty for 11 months. Still our work is pending all staff harassing to public without doing any work we are doing job in pvt firm we have not received leave frequently & they have received salary for services to public not for harassing

The is new regional RTO office, well maintained and this has larger space compared to the old one. The official time is from 08 AM till 05 PM in evening. Sometimes the officials come after 10 AM. This also has the vehicle registration department and also for licence. Mostly people prefer license application via online. And the learners license will be approved within a month. If you have a driving test please bring your own vehicle for tests there are no facilities available for tests. All valid documents of the vehicle on which the test will be conducted.

Worst worst worst! The officers' behavior was very rude, actually rude with normal peoples and applicants, while they were polite with agents. The management was extremely poor and disorganized. Overall, it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Today I visited the RTO office for my learning licence. My exam was 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM and as per the RTO guidelines printed on the LL slot letter, I arrived 30 minutes early. However, the officer delayed me because he wanted to have lunch, and I he told me to come at 3:00 PM. My test started around 3:15 PM.

I had a terrible experience at Virar RTO while applying for my learner's and driving licence. My learner's licence was not getting approved, even though all my documents were correct. I had to visit the office twice just for something that should have been done online in minutes. Only after repeatedly following up, they finally approved it. When I went for my driving test, the situation became even worse. Even after giving the test properly, they did not approve my driving licence. On top of that, many staff members openly asked, "Agent hai kya?" as if work will only move forward through an agent. This kind of behaviour clearly shows how much corruption and mismanagement is happening. There is no proper guidance, no clear process, and no respect for people's time. You keep running from one counter to another, and still nothing moves unless you involve an agent. Citizens who try to do the process legally and independently are treated badly. Overall, my experience at Virar RTO was frustrating, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. Serious action is needed to fix the system and stop this agent culture. Common people should not have to suffer like this.

I recently visited the Deputy Regional Transport Office in Virar and unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. The staff seemed to be extremely lazy and unorganized in their way of working, which made the entire process very frustrating and time-consuming. I was disappointed with the way things were handled at the RTO, and I would not recommend this office to anyone who needs to get any kind of vehicle-related work done. It was clear that the staff lacked proper training and professionalism, which ultimately led to a lot of unnecessary delays and complications. I strongly advise anyone looking for a reliable and efficient RTO to avoid this one altogether. My experience was so bad that I wouldn't even give it a one-star rating. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and I hope that the management takes steps to improve the quality of service they provide.

The officers work on the order of agents. Only polite for them the ordinary are just going from one counter to another.
