Talegaon G H post office

The most beautiful thing is the cooperation of the staff. All' types of services are available. Not too busy. Quite place. Lots of parking area inside premises. The only negative side is Wheelchair accessibility is not there. I don't know how it is acceptable, as the maximum number of customers are Senior Citizens.

My recent visit to the India Post post office in Talegaon 410507 was nothing short of a horrifying experience. I can't emphasize enough how utterly terrible this place is. The staff there were not just impolite; they seemed to revel in their impoliteness. It was as if they had taken a masterclass in rudeness and were determined to put it into practice at every turn. To say they misguide customers would be an understatement. They actively worked to confuse and frustrate anyone seeking assistance. It felt like a game to them, seeing how much they could befuddle customers with incorrect information and misleading directions. As for service, it was non-existent. It was as though they had a competition going on to see who could provide the least amount of help. If you're expecting any level of professionalism or efficiency, you're in for a big disappointment. And let's talk about respect--or the lack thereof. There was zero respect for customers' time, needs, or concerns. It was a dehumanizing experience dealing with these individuals who clearly had no regard for basic courtesy. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this post office. It's a place where civility, competence, and respect go to die. I wouldn't wish a visit to this post office on my worst enemy. Please spend more and use DTDC and Gati exp ... Don't come here.

Very poor service ,very slow work speed post parcel receive service is very worst

Worst service of post office. Very poor condition, power cut, no internet, customer complaints, office staff impolite behaviour....staff dont wanna work but wanna harass customers. _________<<<<<<>>>>>>___________ 18-10-2024: now the post office service is improving and staff is co-operating with customers. Service speed increasing.

Actually if there is option of zero star it would be better . So request to google please add zero star option in your system. I want to give zero star rating to this post office. Very impolite staff... For senior citizen also waiting I'm que for 2 to 3 hrs if small work . Then what is other people condition ?
