Passport Seva Office Solapur

I visited 3 years ago, The office is well-organized, but the surrounding area is not clean enough. There are stray animals and litter on the street. The compound area is not well-maintained either. The staff was limited to six people, who are polite and helpful, but they are overworked and cannot handle the workload efficiently. I had to wait for four hours to get my issue resolved, even though it was a minor one. I have attached some pictures for your reference

You will find the passport Office near siddeshwar temple area. The whole building made of black stone's which looks classy from outside but its massy & modern from inside. On Main entrence you have to show them a message / document for your appointment then only they allow you inside. Once you enter Inside and done all the checking you will find a big hall where all the process of passport done. ( On A,B,C counters)The office is well-organized & beautiful interior, Never expected that government office can be maintained so clean and well managed. Whole building is centralised AC, very clean and all the facilities (drinking water and washroom) are available inside. There is a token system for every counter and good sitting arrangement are available infront of each counter. Note :kindly take all your documents (Xerox and orginal's) with you before visiting office , because there in no Xerox center inside the premises. Talking about staff, all the staff is knowledgeable and polite. The staff of all counters were doing their work/task rapidly and they were friendly in nature. Wheeler is available at the entrance on demand. Parking is available for free outside the office. There is a huge parking space available for both two and four wheeler. If you have proper documentation it will take max 30 min to complete the process. Working days : Monday to Friday Working hour 9am to 5:30 pm Lunch time : 1:30 pm to 2 pm

Worst Passport Renewal Ever the staff inside is not at all cooperative at the first place. I went for my mothers passport renewal I requested the staff to let me in to help my mother for the renewal process but they were not at all cooperative and very arrogant and inspite there is nobody inside to help her, apart from that they not even let us sit outside the office they told to go and sit in the parking I mean what the hell is this behaviour are we stupid or something that they are taking us for granted or are we useless to come here with our family. Pune passport office has the best experience but now Solapur passport office has given a pathetic and worst experience ! No waiting area for people coming with their family members!!!!!!!!!!

Verification counter require more staff, though it's B1 to B4 counter, however only B3 is available for processing. This is increasing waiting time for every other person whose documents are clear. This is request to make windows available and avoid workload/burden on one person. I had to put half day because of waiting time, travelled from Hyderabad for this appointment. My own work is also getting impacted. Look into this matter.

Best ambiance and cooperative staff. Never expected that government office can be maintained so clean and well managed. Good space for car parking .

We went all of the way from Pune to Solapur for Tatkal. Wonderful experience and it was super fast. TCS employees were working really very diligently. As it was managed by TCS the officers and employees were well educated and soft as well. All government offices should have 50 percent private entities in their management.

The People were very co operative and Considerate about the people who wanted to make passport.The infrastructure as well as the staff were also really great The Review might be subjective person to Person but in my observation there were no people Complaining of not getting their Work done . Special Shoutout to the Tcs team Employee really calm people and very good in getting their work done
