I'm giving them 3 stars because I was very worried about how I would manage to visit Shirdi, Nashik, and Aurangabad for darshan. They responded to my queries well on their online website and explained how they could arrange the darshan tour for me at the most affordable price.Yes, I felt very comfortable traveling with them because they managed everything very well, and their behavior was excellent. I would definitely recommend traveling with them. *Negative point- When I went to their shop, I waited for 30 minutes, but there was no one there I could talk to. I felt very awkward.And when you come to Shirdi, you'll find shops that offer tours to Nashik and Aurangabad for even cheaper prices. I felt their charges were a bit high. I've found other options that offer tours for 50 or 100 rupees less.

Don't booking any tour through this person, very irresponsible person, I had booked nasik darshan tour and pay advance he hand over to any other 3 party guy, on the travel date he & 3 party driver didn't pick the call. Wrost experience.

I recently had the opportunity to travel with Sai Tourism, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The bus made multiple stops in Shirdi to pick up passengers, but I didn't mind it as it allowed for a more relaxed start to the journey. Yes, the bus took a bit of time to fill up, but I can understand the need to accommodate everyone. The places we visited, like Panchavati and Trimbakeshwar, were beautiful. The auto guide at Panchavati was very helpful, and I enjoyed learning about the significance of the location. There was a small extra charge for the auto guide, but I felt it was worth it for the informative experience. The food stop at the hotel was decent, and the service was quick enough. It wasn't anything fancy, but it did the job. One thing I noticed was that the driver was very direct with passengers, but he got us where we needed to go. He was very clear about the schedule, and despite the bus being full, everything went smoothly. For those who want to explore Shirdi and its surroundings with minimal hassle, I think this service offers a good option.

I had a good time on the Aurangabad Darshan trip and would recommend it. The tour was well-planned, and everything went smoothly. The advance booking of 400/- was worth it, as we got a seat and the journey was comfortable. We traveled in a 26-seater non-AC mini bus. It's not very fancy, but for the price, it was fine and did the job. We visited great places like Grishneshwar Temple, Ellora Caves, Bhadra Maruti Temple, and the Mini Taj Mahal. All the places were beautiful and interesting. The driver was friendly and made sure we had a good time. If you are going to Aurangabad, this tour is a good option for good service and nice places to see in sharing or group tour option.

One of the worst services ever encountered. This person sends a third party for your travel SAI RAJ. The bus goes round and round only in shirdi for 2 hours to fill all the different sources of bookings, including direct entries. Advance booking costs you 350/- where as direct entry only 300. You are forced to sit wherever they want us to sit, no seat numbers. In panchavati extra charges for auto guide apply 500/- whether you are one or five in number. These drivers will not cover the same destinations for all in our case we missed Ramkund, Seeta guha, etc. Food destination is the driver bus brand hotel Sai Raj. Added to all these the driver's attitude was like if you like it continue else get down. In Trimbakeshwar he quarreled with one of the passengers that you are on my mercy, you don't have capacity to go separate, keep your mouth shut for you paid only 300 in which 250 is what I get, bus will not move an inch, he throwed keys on his face to drive self, and was ready to go even police station. The coordination was very poor and not at all professional. There are many autowalas, cabwalas who are eager to board you directly on spot with little bargain in prices choices to be done wisely.
